Once you fill out our referral form, we’ll send you a confirmation copy for your records. We’ll also contact the family with a warm welcome email, sharing details about our support services and inviting them to book a workshop.
Prepping the workshop
Our facilitator will use this information to tailor the workshop experience to the group’s specific needs, ensuring a personalised and supportive session for every family.
What we’ll do
If the family needs help booking, we’ll follow up to ensure they secure their spot. Before the workshop, the family can share their priority areas for support, and we’ll address any questions they may have.
After the workshop
