Monthly Community Meetups
Each month we host an online group session on Zoom, open to all Autistic adults.
These sessions cover a wide range of topics chosen by and for our community.
With over 200 people signing up and 150+ attending live each month, these meetups have become a valued space for connection and shared experience.
When
Monthly meetups take place once a month, typically on a Thursday at 7:00pm (UK time).
Where
Online via Zoom.
Open to Autistic adults worldwide. Registration through Eventbrite.
Cost
Our monthly meetups are free to attend, and there’s always the option to make a voluntary donation if you’d like to support the space and help us continue offering these sessions.
What to Expect
Our meetups are informal, peer-led sessions in a safe and respectful environment.
There is no pressure to speak or share on camera. You are welcome to participate however you feel comfortable.
A welcoming group setting, facilitated by Autistic practitioners and community members
The option to join breakout rooms with different themes, or a quieter space for more open, unstructured support
No pressure to participate—you’re welcome to have your camera off, listen quietly, or engage in the chat
Chat messages are read out clearly and at a steady pace, so you don’t need to keep up with the screen
A focus on shared experiences, self-understanding, and community connection, rather than advice-giving or fixing
We aim to create a space that feels accessible and low-pressure, where you can show up exactly as you are.
