Post-Assessment Support Service
PASS helps clinics provide meaningful post-identification support through a low-friction referral pathway and neuro-affirming practitioner network.
Thriving Autistic is a social enterprise supporting newly identified Autistic adults across the UK, Ireland and Europe. We have been working in this area for the past six years, alongside a number of assessment clinics.
Our main offering, PASS (Post-Assessment Support Service), is a neuro-affirming one-to-one session for newly identified Autistic adults, delivered by practitioners who are themselves Autistic or otherwise neurodivergent. The team includes psychologists, occupational therapists, counsellors and coaches. For many clients, it is the first time they have explored their identification with someone who shares the experience.

PASS gives newly identified Autistic adults a supportive, neuro-affirming next step after assessment, while keeping the process simple for clinics. Clinics can offer clients meaningful post-identification support without needing to build or manage the service internally.

How PASS works:
- The client completes their assessment with the clinic
- Once the client is identified as Autistic, the clinic submits a referral form to Thriving Autistic
- The client receives an email from Thriving Autistic directing them to the relevant PASS booking page (Flexible referral pathways available for clients with more complex support needs)
- Client chooses a practitioner
- Booking next steps are sent, and the client gets a one-hour support session
- At the end of each month, Thriving Autistic collates all referrals submitted by the clinic and issues one monthly invoice.
